Bug\u00fcn, farkl\u0131 bir konuda uzmanlar\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerini sizlere aktarmak istiyorum. Esasen k\u0131sa olan \u00f6mr\u00fcn hemen \u00fc\u00e7te birinin uykuda ge\u00e7irilmesi, insan hayat\u0131 i\u00e7in bir kay\u0131pt\u0131r. Ancak hayat\u0131n zinde bir faaliyetle, s\u0131hhat ve ne\u015fe i\u00e7inde devam\u0131 i\u00e7in uyku da yemek i\u00e7mek kadar tabii bir ihtiya\u00e7t\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc v\u00fccudumuzda biriken yorgunlu\u011fun ve zehirlerin s\u00fcratle v\u00fccuttan \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 l\u00e2z\u0131md\u0131r.
