Profes\u00f6r Y\u0131lmaz sunumunda \u015f\u00f6yle dedi; \u201cE\u011fitim, insanda istendik davran\u0131\u015flar geli\u015ftirme s\u00fcrecidir. Zihinsel beceriler geli\u015ftirmesi yan\u0131 s\u0131ra ahlaki de\u011ferleri kazand\u0131rma y\u00f6n\u00fc olan e\u011fitimin bireysel ve toplumsal boyutu vard\u0131r. D\u00fcnyadaki t\u00fcm e\u011fitim sistemlerinde oldu\u011fu T\u00fcrk E\u011fitim Sisteminin temel amac\u0131; iyi insan, iyi vatanda\u015f, iyi \u00fcretici ve iyi t\u00fcketici yeti\u015ftirmektir. T\u00fcrkiye, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir kalk\u0131nman\u0131n ekonomi, sa\u011fl\u0131k ve \u00e7evre gibi alanlar\u0131nda gerekli at\u0131l\u0131mlar\u0131 sa\u011flamakla birlikte e\u011fitim alan\u0131nda istenilen ba\u015far\u0131 maalesef sa\u011flanmad\u0131. Bunu \u00e7e\u015fitli sebeplerde aramak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn; \u00f6ncelikle e\u011fitim ad\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan kanunlar\u0131n tarih\u00e7elerinin hep ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc d\u00f6nemlere denk gelmesi, e\u011fitime ayr\u0131lan b\u00fct\u00e7enin yat\u0131r\u0131ma d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fme oran\u0131 ve kaynaklar\u0131n verimli kullan\u0131m\u0131, nitelikli e\u011fitimci ve e\u011fitim lideri yeti\u015ftirme, tasar\u0131mc\u0131, icat \u00e7\u0131karabilme kabiliyetinde ve sorgulay\u0131c\u0131 bir \u00f6\u011frenci profili olu\u015fturmada ya\u015fanan olumsuzluklar ve s\u0131k de\u011fi\u015fen se\u00e7me sistemi s\u0131ralanabilir. Zaten son on be\u015f y\u0131lda e\u011fitime ayr\u0131lan b\u00fct\u00e7enin yakla\u015f\u0131k yirmi kat artarken, uluslararas\u0131 e\u011fitim ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131nda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f kaydedilmesinin sebeplerini burada aramak laz\u0131m. E\u011fitimde idealler ve ger\u00e7eklerin farkl\u0131 olmas\u0131 e\u011fitimden beklendik fayday\u0131 vermemektedir. \u00d6zellikle son y\u0131llarda artan s\u0131\u011f\u0131nmac\u0131 ve bunlar\u0131n e\u011fitimine dikkat edilmesi gerekiyor. E\u011fitimde ba\u015far\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131nda \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 motive edecek milli ruh kavram\u0131 \u0131skalanmamal\u0131. E\u011fitim seferberli\u011fi alan\u0131nda yeni kahramanlar yeti\u015ftirmeliyiz.\u201d<\/p>\n

Panelin ikinci konu\u015fmac\u0131s\u0131 MEB Eski Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Profes\u00f6r \u00d6zdemir, \u201cE\u011fitim K\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcnde, Rol Model Olarak E\u011fitimci ve E\u011fitim Lideri\u201d konulu konu\u015fma yapt\u0131. Profes\u00f6r \u00d6zdemir \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi;\u00a0 \u201c21. Y\u00fczy\u0131l e\u011fitiminin bir felsefesi olmas\u0131 gerekir. Zira hi\u00e7bir ink\u0131lap yoktur ki onu yapanlar\u0131n idrakinin fevkinde olsun. 21. Y\u00fczy\u0131l kaotik bir y\u00fczy\u0131ld\u0131r. Ekonomik \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fc\u015fler, sava\u015flar, ter\u00f6r belas\u0131, stabil olmayan ekonomiler, uluslararas\u0131 artan rekabet, hastal\u0131k korkusu gibi pek \u00e7ok karma\u015fa insano\u011flunu \u00fcrk\u00fctmektedir. Bu ortamda okullar, yeni bir sosyal d\u00fczen getirebilecek mi? Herkes okul ve e\u011fitimden \u015fik\u00e2yet eder. \u0130nsan\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n yenid\u00fcnya d\u00fczeninde bir medeniyet iddias\u0131 var m\u0131? E\u011fitim sadece bir e\u011fitim meselesi de\u011fil, art\u0131k bir g\u00fcvenlik meselesi haline d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. E\u011fitimde e\u015fit \u015fartlar\u0131 sa\u011flamam\u0131z adaletli oldu\u011fumuz anlam\u0131na germez. \u00d6nemli olan herkese e\u011fitimden beklenen faydalar\u0131 sa\u011flayabilmeliyiz. 20. Y\u00fczy\u0131l ile 21. Y\u00fczy\u0131l becerilerini iyi okumam\u0131z gerekir. Art\u0131k, \u00f6\u011fretim merkezli e\u011fitim anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan \u00f6\u011frenme merkezli e\u011fitim anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131na ge\u00e7meliyiz.\u00a0 \u00c7ocukta merak, sorgulama, ele\u015ftirel d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme, sorun \u00e7\u00f6zme kabiliyeti geli\u015ftirmeliyiz.\u201d<\/p>\n

Bu ama\u00e7la MEF \u00dcniversitesi E\u011fitim Fak\u00fcltesinde ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 ve erdemli birey yeti\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in, dersleri ve de\u011ferleri deneyimle \u00f6\u011frenmek i\u00e7in, bilgiyi \u00fcretme, de\u011ferleri erdeme d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmek i\u00e7in dersleri yap\u0131land\u0131rmac\u0131 y\u00f6ntemlerle \u00f6\u011frenme projesi DERSDEM\u2019i geli\u015ftirdik. Burada temel soru \u015fu; biz \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n nas\u0131l bir insan olmas\u0131n\u0131 istiyoruz? Genelimizin bu sorulara verece\u011fi cevaplar a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 yukar\u0131 benzerdir. Okulda ve hayatta ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olsunlar, toplumda iyi ve erdemli insan olsunlar. \u00c7ocuklar\u0131 ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 ve erdemli yapan, bilgi, beceri ve de\u011ferlerden hi\u00e7 biri \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131z genetik olarak kodlanmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bunlar ancak sistematik bir e\u011fitimle ger\u00e7ekle\u015febilir. O zaman ne yapaca\u011f\u0131z? E\u011fitimi yeniden d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmemiz laz\u0131m. \u0130nsan \u00f6\u011frendi\u011fi kadar vard\u0131r. O halde, neyi, nas\u0131l \u00f6\u011fretece\u011fiz? O halde y\u00f6ntem geli\u015ftirmeliyiz. \u00c7ocuklar\u0131n etraf\u0131nda g\u00f6zlem yaparak, elde etti\u011fi doneleri farkl\u0131 ders disiplinlerinde sorgulayarak, kal\u0131c\u0131 bir \u00f6\u011frenme ortam\u0131 sa\u011flayabiliriz.\u201d<\/p>\n
