Prof. Dr. Erkan T\u00dcRKMEN\u2019in, Tarih ve Medeniyet Dergisi\u2019nin 17 nci say\u0131s\u0131nda yay\u0131nlanan yaz\u0131s\u0131ndan ilginizi \u00e7ekece\u011fini umdu\u011fum bir b\u00f6l\u00fcme dikkatinizi \u00e7ekmek isterim:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201c Gene gel\u2026Gene gel\u2026\u201d olarak terc\u00fcme edilen ve Hazreti Mevlana\u2019ya atfedilen me\u015fhur rubai, Mevlana\u2019n\u0131n el yazma divan\u0131 n\u00fcshas\u0131n\u0131n sonunda bulunmaktad\u0131r. \u0130ran\u2019da bas\u0131lm\u0131\u015f baz\u0131 divanlarda hi\u00e7 kay\u0131t edilmemi\u015ftir. Mevl\u00e2na\u2019n\u0131n divan\u0131, onun vefat\u0131ndan \u00e7ok sonra derlenmi\u015f oldu\u011funa g\u00f6re, tahrifata u\u011framas\u0131 \u00e7ok tabiidir. Zira, Mesnevi\u2019nin en sa\u011flam n\u00fcshas\u0131, Mevl\u00e2na m\u00fczesinde bulundu\u011fu halde \u0130ran, Pakistan, Hindistan, Afganistan ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bulunan n\u00fcshalar\u0131nda hem il\u00e2veler, hem de tahrifat yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. S\u00f6z konusu olan rubainin tamam\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yledir:<\/span><\/p>\n

Bilindi\u011fi gibi, Mevl\u00e2na\u2019n\u0131n kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 Fars\u00e7a, Horasan Fars\u00e7as\u0131\u2019d\u0131r. Bu Fars\u00e7a T\u00fcrkler, Tacikiler, Afganl\u0131lar ve Hintliler\u2019in ortak dilidir. \u0130ranl\u0131lar ise Pehlevi Fars\u00e7as\u0131n\u0131 kullan\u0131rlar. Gazneliler, Sel\u00e7uklular, Osmanl\u0131lar, Delhi T\u00fcrk Sultanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi b\u00fcy\u00fck T\u00fcrk devletlerinin kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 Fars\u00e7a\u2019ya ise, Turan Fars\u00e7as\u0131 ad\u0131n\u0131 verenler de vard\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n

(Baz a)\u2019n\u0131n mastar \u015fekli, (Baz amadan)\u2019d\u0131r. Hindistan\u2019da bas\u0131lan \u00fcnl\u00fc l\u00fcgat Anandarac, (Baz amadan) mastar\u0131n\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131n\u0131, (Mecazi olarak t\u00f6vbe etmek anlam\u0131na gelir) diye vermektedir.<\/span><\/p>\n

Me\u015fhur Fars\u00e7a l\u00fcgat\u0131 Steingass\u2019ta ise Baz amadan: pi\u015fman olmak, t\u00f6vbe etmek, yap\u0131lan hareketten vazge\u00e7mek, \u015feklinde a\u00e7\u0131klanmaktad\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n

(Baz amadan) kelime kelime \u00e7evrilirse, baz: (gene, tekrar) ve a: (gel) yani ( gene gel) \u015feklinde olur. Oysa (baz amadan) bir deyimdir ve hem T\u00fcrk\u00e7e\u2019ye, hem de Urduca\u2019ya ge\u00e7mi\u015ftir. Dilimizde yayg\u0131n olan \u015fekli, (vazge\u00e7mek)\u2019tir.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hazreti Mevlana da, kendi \u015fiirlerinde ayn\u0131 deyimi ( vazge\u00e7mek) anlam\u0131nda kullanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201c Huace baz a ez men u ez seri,<\/span><\/p>\n

Serveri cu, kem taleb kun serveri\u201d ( Mesnevi,c.4,2029)<\/span><\/p>\n

(Ey hoca efendi, ba\u015f ve ben olmaktan vazge\u00e7; \u00f6nder ara, \u00f6nder olmay\u0131 az heves<\/span><\/p>\n

Burada, \u201c baz a\u201dy\u0131, (gene gel) \u015feklinde \u00e7eviremeyiz. Kald\u0131 ki, sadece Mevl\u00e2na de\u011fil, di\u011fer \u015fairler de bu deyimi ayn\u0131 as\u0131rda, benzer anlamda kullanm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n

B\u00fct\u00fcn bu a\u00e7\u0131klamalardan sonra, rubaiyi do\u011fru terc\u00fcme etmek gerekir.<\/span><\/p>\n
