Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz ay \u0130ST\u00dc\u2019ye Rekt\u00f6r adayl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bas\u0131n arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile a\u00e7\u0131klayan Y\u0131lmaz, k\u0131sa s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde Hatay\u2019da y\u00fcz\u00fcn \u00fczerinde ziyaretler ve g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi. Siyasetten sivil topluma, m\u00fclki idarelerden yerel y\u00f6netimlere, kanaat \u00f6nderlerinden i\u015f adamlar\u0131na pek \u00e7ok isimle g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fen Prof. Dr. Y\u0131lmaz, b\u00f6lgenin \u00f6nemli i\u015f adamlar\u0131ndan Fatih Tosyal\u0131, Recep Ataka\u015f, Mustafa Ba\u015ftu\u011f, Nuri \u00dcysen, Recep Sivri, Cevri Sar\u0131kaya, Abdullah \u0130nan, Murat Sonel Aykut, Ahmet Aksoy, Halil Demir ve Zekeriya Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m\u2019\u0131 ziyaret ederek teknik \u00fcniversite ile ilgili d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerini payla\u015ft\u0131. Prof. Dr. Y\u0131lmaz \u0130skenderun Gazeteciler Cemiyetinde yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bas\u0131n toplant\u0131s\u0131yla, \u201cNas\u0131l Bir Teknik \u00dcniversite\u201d d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc vizyon, misyon ve temel de\u011ferleri ile ortaya koymu\u015ftu. Birebir g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerde b\u00fcy\u00fck bir sinerji yakalad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getiren Y\u0131lmaz, \u0130ST\u00dc\u2019n\u00fcn yar\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7in planlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 projelerini be\u015f ana ba\u015fl\u0131k alt\u0131nda toplad\u0131. K\u0131sa, orta ve uzun vadede uygulamaya konulmas\u0131 planlanan bu ana ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131 ise \u015f\u00f6yle s\u0131ralad\u0131,<\/p>\n

1) \u00d6\u011frenciler i\u00e7in nitelikli bir e\u011fitim-\u00f6\u011fretim s\u00fcreci,<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. i) B\u00f6lgenin sanayi ve ticaret d\u00fcnyas\u0131na nitelikli eleman yeti\u015ftirmek \u00fczere s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir, sonu\u00e7ta istihdam edilebilir alanlar\u0131n ve b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerin belirlenmesi,<\/li>\n
  2. ii) E\u011fitim-\u00f6\u011fretim s\u00fcrecinde inovatif d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen, \u00fcretim kabiliyeti olan Gen\u00e7 Beyinlere f\u0131rsat sunabilecek ortamlar\u0131n olu\u015fturulmas\u0131,<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    iii) Mezuniyet sonras\u0131 i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131na ad\u0131m atmak isteyen Gen\u00e7 Giri\u015fimcilere \u00dcniversite-KOB\u0130 i\u015fbirli\u011fi protokol\u00fc ile sarmal e\u011fitim i\u00e7inde giri\u015fimcilik e\u011fitiminin verilmesi,<\/p>\n

    1. iv) E\u011fitim s\u00fcrecinin nitelikli tamamlanmas\u0131nda sanayi ve ticaret ortam\u0131nda alan uygulama stajlar\u0131 i\u00e7in yeterli s\u00fcre ve disiplinli bir takibin sa\u011flanmas\u0131,<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      2) Ticaret ve Sanayi i\u00e7in \u00fcniversite-sanayi-ticaret-end\u00fcstri i\u015fbirli\u011fi,<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. i) \u00dcniversite b\u00fcnyesinde K\u00f6rfez B\u00f6lgesi End\u00fcstriyel B\u00f6lge (Teknokent, OSTIM Cluster Modeli gibi) olu\u015fturmak,<\/li>\n
      2. ii) End\u00fcstriyel b\u00f6lgede, i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131 ile \u201c\u0130\u015f ve \u00dcretim Teknolojileri\u201d geli\u015ftirmek,<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        iii) End\u00fcstriyel b\u00f6lgede, ihtiya\u00e7lar hiyerar\u015fisine uygun \u201cSekt\u00f6rel ve S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir Yap\u0131lar\u201d olu\u015fturmak,<\/p>\n

        1. iv) Akademisyen ve \u00f6\u011frencilere hitap eden \u201cAr-Ge, \u0130novasyon ve Prod\u00fcksiyon Merkezi\u201d kurmak,<\/li>\n
        2. v) \u00c7evre unsurunun yeniden \u00f6nem kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde \u201c\u00c7evre ve Yenilenebilir Enerji Teknolojileri\u201d geli\u015ftirmek,<\/li>\n
        3. vi) Liman b\u00f6lgesi konumu nedeniyle \u201cDenizcilik ve Uluslararas\u0131 Deniz M\u00fcrettebat\u0131na\u201d y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yapmak,<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          3) Sosyal toplum i\u00e7in \u00fcniversite-toplum i\u015fbirli\u011fi,<\/strong><\/p>\n

          1. i) \u00dcniversitenin i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fu topluma ve ye\u015ferdi\u011fi \u015fehre kar\u015f\u0131 \u00f6devlerini yerine getirmesinde \u00dcniversite Toplum i\u015fbirli\u011fi \u00f6nemli bir fakt\u00f6rd\u00fcr. \u015eehrin ve toplumun \u00fcniversiteyi benimsemesi ve sahiplenmesi bu ili\u015fkilerin g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesine ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li>\n

            3. vi) Toplumsal \u00f6\u011feleri yans\u0131tan \u201cYa\u015fayan ve Ya\u015fat\u0131lan De\u011ferler Merkezi\u201d kurulmas\u0131,<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              vii) Yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki \u00fcniversitelerle e\u011fitimde i\u015fbirli\u011fi protokolleri sa\u011flamak,<\/p>\n

              4) K\u00fclt\u00fcrel zenginlikler i\u00e7in k\u00fclt\u00fcrler aras\u0131 k\u00f6pr\u00fc,<\/strong><\/p>\n

              1. i) \u015eehrin, dil, din, etnik, mezhebi anlamda ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fcye dayanan birlikte ya\u015fama k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde s\u00fcrd\u00fcrebilmesi i\u00e7in \u00fcniversite b\u00fcnyesinde \u201cK\u00fclt\u00fcrler Aras\u0131 Diyalog Merkezi\u201d kurulmas\u0131,<\/li>\n
              2. ii) \u00c7e\u015fitlilikten ve renkli yap\u0131dan bir sinerji olu\u015fturulmas\u0131na \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck edilmesi,<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
